Think of our country and of course we think food food food. Lets have alook at the most iconic Malaysian foods to find out which are nutritionally good and which are unhealthy for you. Brace yourselves!
Nasi Lemak
In one 230g serving of the nation’s favourite breakfast food, there are about 100-400 calories and needless to say, a sizeable amount of fat. Its GI value of 67 is also relatively high. For a slightly healthier option, swap the fried egg for a boiled one.
Satay
Good news is, the meat itself isn’t unhealthy; it is actually a good source of protein with just 2g of fat and 135 calories per skewer. But, if you’re watching your weight, stay away from the peanut sauce. The combination of peanut butter and coconut milk will be your diet downfall.
Curry Laksa( i love laksa)
A 450g serving of laksa racks up 360 calories on the counter. For a healthier version, boil the broth with yoghurt instead of coconut milk. Surprisingly, while no exact figure is available, laksa actually has a very low GI value, due to its lack of carbohydrates.
Rendang( I hate rendang)
A 90g portion of beef rending contains approximately 208 calories, 108 of which coming from its saturated fat content. However, it’s GI value is relatively low at
just 35.
Roti Canai
The devil in disguise. If you thought you wouldn’t be doing much harm with the simple bread, you’d be wrong. Because of the oil it’s cooked in and prepared with, roti canai is laden with calories and has a very high GI value. Stick to normal bread if you’re really watching your weight.
Char Koay Teow(Yum Yum)
Aside from being high in cholesterol and sodium, one 385g serving of this hawker favourite floods your body with 39g of fat and 742 kilocalories. Its GI value is also relatively high at 55. It doesn’t get much worse than this.

Kuala Ampang..i LOVE YOU!!
Well, as an Indian i am offended by the whole COW-HEAD thingy but then i felt more pity for the cow. It is believed that all religions teaches not to torture animals like that. What i saw(stamping on the cow's head), for me it was pure humiliation for the cow. Imagine the dignity and the feelings of the cow(yes maybe its dead, but then i believe every living thing has feelings).
And today the people who had no brains and heart were brought to court
and their excuse was..the temple being there is disturbing them( prayers in the morning, ringing of the bell).
No offense but vice versa...they are the same as well(minus the bell they use speakers)
Today, i wanna blog about KUALA AMPANG, the place that i have been living my entire life and it is i believe over 80-90 % CHINESE populated and there is one Lord Ganesha temple there. Everyday 7 am and 7 pm, the temple priest will conduct prayers and the will ring the bell. This temple has been there LESSER than 150 years and so far no one complained. The chinese living near the temple take it as part of their daily life routine(the ringing of the bell) and when there are ceremonies. these community is the one thats breaks the most coconuts(MENG KENG FAT la..who else??).
I have always been proud of KUALA AMPANG! and today after,
some people say its nuisance but you guys take it as normal
I salute you guys!!!
KUALA AMPANG PEOPLE!!
I LOOOOVE YOU
and for those who did the commotion, i just hope DEWI KALI does not come and punish you...cause if she does...well..you will u never messed with her..!!

How its been
Yes, i know i have not written in quite some time and i have planed how i wanna blog my after-a-long-time-post.And i am doing it with pictures.Through this pictures you can see how its been since my last post.
1. UCTI, my college guard scans the students before we enter the college premises to avoid H1N1.It gets on my nerves when if i am late for classes or sometimes i am just sick of waiting!!

2.Rain, Oh god, where to start and end.Almost everyday i am getting wet in the rain.Worst, it rains in the evening and i only can go back when the rain is over because of traffic and blablabla.Even today it rained in the morning.Damn the weather but then its good to rain for environmental reasons cause it clears the haze and well keeps us fresh.

3. Handbag
Yes, i bought a Guess handbag for an undisclosed amount of money. Well, i wanted black cause i always like black handbags but then i opted for white instead.LOVIN IT!

4.My laptop
Finally after one week, today i got back my devil(RED VAIO). I sent it to Sony centre a week ago. Basically i was going mad without it. HP has its tagline for its laptop stating nothing is more personal than your personal computer.Yeah, its so true.Even With another laptop(VAIO CR),i still had no mood to even go online. My devil(VAIO CR) has everything it it and now i have it back with me....=)

Hell.....
Different religion has its own version of hell....and here are some of them....learn something new today la...!!...where you might end up if you are darn evil
Muahahahahahahahahahaha!!!

ISLAM
Souls have to cross a narrow bridge to get to Paradise. If a Muslim soul is deemed unworthy it slips off the bridge and falls into a giant crater of fire.
But the good news is that Islam’s leaders aren’t sure whether the sould has to spend eternity down in the crater.Unfaithful Muslims can eventually be forgiven, but those commit shirk, the sin of polytheism, Unfaithful Muslims can eventually be forgiven, but those commit shirk, the sin of polytheism, are punished for eternity.

HINDUISM
Souls get to be reincarnated but first must take a trip to one of 21 different versions of Hell to work off their bad karma. Some of the possible tortures include getting cooked in a jar or having their eyes eaten by crows. After their punishment is complete, the souls are reborn on Earth as either a human or an animal.

JAINISM
This religion is a Hindu spin-off that has a record for the most versions of Hell – 8.4 million of them.

BUDDHISM
This religion lists 15 kinds of Hell but only seven of them are hot. To make matters worse, the hot versions include elaborate torture pits. Sufferers are cut in half with saws, repeatedly crushed between large rocks or impaled on flaming spears.
NOW WHICH AMONG THE ABOVE WHO YOU PREFER TO BE IN??(kidding!)
AND
Which do you think is the worst???
